Duration: 6 Weeks
Week 1
Initial Interview & Goal Setting
We begin with a confidential, in-depth conversation to understand the leader at a personal level—their background, motivations, strengths, life purpose, and growth opportunities.
Week 2
Self-Awareness & Personal Well-being
This week explores how personal perceptions are shaped by environment and past experiences. We introduce healthy habits, nutrition, exercise, and rest as essential components of physical, mental, and emotional well-being
Week 3
Trust as a Fundamental Driver of Team Success
Grounded in Google’s Aristotle Project, this module teaches leaders to build a culture rooted in care, respect, openness, and trust.
Week 4
Decision-Making & Managerial Skills
We emphasize the importance of holding regular 1:1 meetings with team members and maintaining structured follow-up.
Week 5
Complaint Management & Service Recovery
This module teaches leaders how to turn service failures into opportunities. We cover strategies to handle complaints effectively, recover service with empathy, and strengthen guest satisfaction while reinforcing teamwork and operational confidence.
Week 6
Implementation Review & Next Steps
The final session focuses on reviewing progress, validating the implementation of all tools learned, and addressing remaining challenges. The goal is to ensure long-term sustainability and leadership growth beyond the program.
