Program Breakdown

For Early-Stage Hotel and Restaurant Managers & Supervisors
Duration: 5 Weeks

Week 1 - Getting to know the leader

Knowing the leader from their being, to understand their background, environment, their motivations, dreams and his purposes in life.

Week 2 - Working on self-awareness

Exploring how to stay in the present and how, through the implementation of healthy habits, we can improve our mental, emotional and physical health.

Week 3 - Dependability as a key to success!

In this space, we seek to focus leaders on building, based on Google's Project Aristotle, a work culture grounded in care, mutual respect, openness, and above all, trust.

Week 4 - Making desicions & Managerial skills

We provide a key KPI measurement tool that divides the current state of each team member and The Role We Play as leaders in each of these stages into four stages.

Week 5 - Follow up Videocall

Here, we review the leader's assigned tasks and inquire about how they implemented what they learned during the program. We review the areas of greatest focus and provide Constructive Feedback.
